Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also contact our Customer Support online, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.

Please make sure that you understand our exchange policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

You can return unworn, unused items within 5 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceble carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to our address (contact our sales for get the shipping address).


Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
